Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp w/ snow peas and mushrooms (no rice)

1 lb shrimp
1 1/2 cup snow peas
2 cloves garlic
2 cups mushrooms
2 tbls peanut oil
3 tbls soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp w/ snow peas and mushrooms (no rice)

  1. heat oil

  2. add garlic minced

  3. add shrimp. when pink on one side turn over and add peas and mushrooms

  4. add soy sauce

  5. cook 2-5 minutes

  6. serve over rice
