Skewer of Shrimp -- good for main entree or as a great appetizer. Great when served with Remoulade Sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Skewers, Janice's Second Favorite Meal

8 ounces Shrimp, large about 12
3 ounces Mushroom, Baby Protabella
3 ounces tomatoes, cherry
1 ounce Prosciutto Ham
4 ounces pineapple, fresh, chunks

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Skewers, Janice's Second Favorite Meal

  1. Make marinade out of 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce and 1 tsp Vietnamese Fish Sauce

  2. Marinade shrimp for at least 2 hours in refrigerator prior to making.

  3. Use 6 inch long wooden skewers from the Oriental foods isle.

  4. Cut Proscuitto ham into 12 pieces for wrapping shrimp.

  5. Once shrimp is ready remove from marinade - discard excess, will not keep - wrap each shrimp in strip of Proscuitto Ham.

  6. On skewers place Shrimp, pineapple chunk, mushroom, shrimp, pineapple chunk, cherry tomatoe -- repeat on six skewers

  7. Broil in oven for 2 1/2 minutes per side, serve with Remoulade Sauce, cocktail sauce or your choice.
