Add 2 tbsp Smart Balance butter and 1/2 cup Del Monte stewed tomatoes as individual ingredients to food log as I couldn't get them added to the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp scampi wo butter & stewed tomatoes

6 oz uncooked shrimp
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
7 cloves garlic
1/8 cup oil, olive, light
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Shrimp scampi wo butter & stewed tomatoes

  1. Saute garlic in 1/4 cup Smart Balance 37% buttery spread and 1/8 cup light olive oil.

  2. Add seasonings to 1/2 can Del Monte stewed tomatoes, original recipe. Set aside

  3. Add shrimp to sauted garlic and cook until pink. Add lemon juice and stewed tomatoes to pan and bring to boil.

  4. Serve over wheat linguine.
