2 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 package Blue Menu Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi Spaghetti

  1. Heat oil in skillet and add garlic and red pepper flakes.

  2. Add bell pepper and sautee until tender.

  3. Add shrimp and cook just until opaque.

  4. Serve over pasta
