Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi

1 lb. shrimp
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup wine
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. parsley
6 oz. spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi

Melt butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and brown. Add the garlic. Add the wine to the pan and reduce to half. Cook the shrimp for 5 minutes or until pink and then top with parsley. Serve with spaghetti.
