Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi

1 tbsp. Princess HouseŽ All-Natural Pure Grapeseed Oil
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon zest
12 oz. linguine or angel hair pasta, cooked (optional)

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi

  1. Heat oil in Sear Pan over medium high heat. Add shrimp; sauté 1 minute.

  2. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute.

  3. Stir in wine, salt, and red and black pepper. Bring mixture to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat to medium; cook 30 seconds. Add parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest; toss to coat. Cook 1 minute or until shrimp are done.

  5. Toss with 12 oz. linguine or angel hair pasta,

  6. if desired. Serves 6.
