buttery shrimp tossed with sauteed veggies and noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi

1/8 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup red bell pepper
9 shrimp
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 lbs spaghetti
1/8 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi

  1. cook noodles according to box

  2. warm margerine and garlic in pan

  3. add veggies, cook til soft

  4. add shrimp, cook till pink and opaque throughout

  5. add liquids, let simmer of low heat till sauce is thicker

  6. add parsley

  7. toss with noodles

  8. serve hot topped with cheese
