Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp parsley
1 1/2 pounds shrimp
1 tbsp white wine

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi

  1. warm olive oil

  2. add garlic until golden

  3. raise heat, add shrimp and salt and pepper, cook and turn until shrimp are pink

  4. add parsley

  5. stir in wine and cook 30 seconds more
