Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi

1 pound large shrimp
5 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi

Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add Canola oil and garlic. Cook to soften garlic. Add shrimp, wine, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is done.
