Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi

8 oz uncooked pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 pound shrimp
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi

  1. Prepare pasta

  2. Heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until almost done

  4. Add butter and wine, sautee 2 minutes

  5. Gently mix ingredients.

  6. Serve with parsley and Parmesan.
