Shrimp Scampi Recipe

Recipe doesn't include the shrimp because I didn't eat any.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp scampi

1 box angel hair pasta
1/4 c butter
1/4 c white wine
4 tbsp shallots (2 shallots chopped)
6 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)

Recipe Directions for Shrimp scampi

  1. Begin water boiling for the pasta.

  2. Cook butter, shallots, garlic, and green pepper over medium heat until soft/beginning to brown around edges.

  3. Add wine and let reduce.

  4. Season with salt.

  5. Add tomato and toss with pasta. Top with parmesan if desired, and ground black pepper.
