Recipe Ingredients for shrimp scampi orzo

12 oz Raw Peeled Large Pacific White Shrimp
6 oz Orzo Dry
4 tbsp Butter
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany
2 clove Garlic
1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
3 oz Wine

Recipe Directions for shrimp scampi orzo

  1. prepare pasta per directions on package.

  2. Mean while:

  3. heat olive oil and butter in 12 inch skillet.

  4. Saute chopped garlic and shrimp 2 minutes.

  5. add green onions, saute 1 minutes longer.

  6. add wine and bring to boil about 1 minute longer.

  7. season to taste with salt and pepper.

  8. drain pasta into large serving dish and top with shrimp mixture.
