Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi for one

1 tsp olive oil
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and de-veined
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 cup other dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi for one

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; sauté 1 minute.

  4. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute.

  6. Stir in wine, salt, and pepper; bring mixture to a boil.
