Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scampi Linguine

1 lb. Rotini Dry
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 3/4 lbs. raw shrimp
3 tbsp. garlic
5 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup,+chopped+or+sliced tomatoes
4 tbsp. parsley flakes

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scampi Linguine

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil and an additional 6 Tbsp ICBINB Spray.

  2. Add shrimp and cook until just pink.

  3. Add tomatoes, parsley flakes, pepper (to taste) and lemon juice.

  4. Add red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp) if desired.

  5. Add pasta and toss.
