Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Scamp

8 tblsp butter
2 lb shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined
1 tblsp garlic, crushed
1/3 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
1/2 cup wine, white
2 tblsp corn starch

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Scamp

  1. Melt butter and add garlic.

  2. Sautee about 2 minutes.

  3. Add shrimp, and cook over medium to medium high heat until shrimp is nearly opaque.

  4. Mix cornstarch and cold white wine, then pour into nearly cooked shrimp.

  5. Heat through, thickening as it heats and serve.
