I add 2 oz of my favorite cooked pasta 160 calories per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for shrimp and sauteed veggies

1.5 serving Cooked Salad Shrimp
3 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
1 cup Onions
2 tsp Garlic
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Cooking Wine

Recipe Directions for shrimp and sauteed veggies

course chop all veggies. Add lloive oil to skillet and the heat add veggies and cook tender. I save the tomatoes until the last 2 minutes. Add shrimp and heat through. Serve over pasta.
