4 tsp. olive oil, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 4 cups arugula, 3 cloves garlic, 12 shrimp.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Saute w/ baby Arugula and Tomatoes

20 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 cloves, raw Garlic
12 shrimp Raw Peeled Large Pacific White Shrimp
4 oz Baby Arugula Salad
1 serving Sea Salt
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Saute w/ baby Arugula and Tomatoes

In a large shillet heat oil over medium-high. Add tomatoes and cook until they blister (2 min.) Add garlic and cook until fragrant (30 sec.) Add shrimp and cook sturring often, until almost opaque throughout (4 min.) Add arugula and salt and pepper and toss until wilted (1 min.) Add lemon juice and toss to combine.
