A very quick and simple recipe when you want dinner fast.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and sausage stir fry

1 lb of shrimp
4 cups of broccoli
14 oz Sausage
1/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp of minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 Black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and sausage stir fry

  1. Use 2 tsp of olive oil to coat the skillet or wok.

  2. Heat pan/wok to medium high heat.

  3. Place broccoli in a microwaveable bowl with 2 tbsp of water and cook on high for 9 minutes.

  4. Add sausage to the broccoli and cook for additional two minutes.

  5. While the broccoli and sausage are cooking add shrimp to skillet with garlic.

  6. Cook mixture for about 3-5 minutes. (Shrimp should be pink throughout).

  7. Once shrimp is cooked, add to broccoli and sausage mixture.

  8. Add cheese and mix while its hot.

  9. Serve by itself or with rice, other vegetables.
