Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Salad

1 pound shrimp, cooked
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 stalks celery
6 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Salad

Combine all ingredients except the shrimp, whisk until smooth. Stir in the shrimp. Serve in hot dog buns, in a wrap or on a bed of lettuce.
