A creamy shrimp over rice recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & Rice

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb shrimp
2 wedge laughing cow cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp margarine
1 cup raw spinach
1 cup broccoli
1 cup brown rice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & Rice

  1. Heat oil and butter over medium heat.

  2. Add shrimp, broccoli and spinach.

  3. Saute until shrimp is almost done.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and saute until cheese is melted and shrimp is done.
