10 shrimp
1/2 red bell pepper, choppped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon cilantro
1 teaspoon jalapeno, minced
1 salt to taste

Made with frozen shrimp, cooked first as directed on package. chill shrimp and then cut in half or thirds depending on size and mix all ingredients
