Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Quesadilla

1 flour tortilla
1/4 (med) green pepper, sauted
1/4 (med) red pepper, sauted
5 (med) shrimp, grilled
1/4 (med) onion
2 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Quesadilla

  1. Grill Shrimp

  2. Saute onions and peppers

  3. Spray tortilla lightly with virgin olive oil and grill

  4. Place shredded cheese on tortilla to melt

  5. Add sauted veggies and enjoy!
