Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Puffs

8 biscuit Grands! Biscuits Flaky Reduced Fat
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
4 oz Light Mayonnaise
8 oz Shrimp
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Puffs

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat a mini-muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. Split each biscuit in half and press into muffin cup, pressing down and to the sides.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix cheese, scallion, mayonnaise, shrimp, and dill. Place 1 tbsp of mixture on each biscuit.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until puffs are golden and bubbling.
