Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp, Potato & Leek soup

1 lb shrimp
2 cups chopped potatoes
1 c chopped leeks
1 c chopped broccoli
32 oz fat free milk
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp smart balance spread
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Shrimp, Potato & Leek soup

cook chopped veges in olive oil for 2-3 min, add butter, dust shrimp or scallops with flour & cook in the butter for 2-3 min, mix all together & slowly add the milk, once bubbly turn down to simmer for 10 minutes or so
