Shrimp Portabello Pasta with White Wine Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Portabello Pasta with White Wine Sauce

4 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta
2 tbsp minced garlic
6 oz shrimp
1 cup sliced portabello mushroom
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 3/5 oz white wine
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp parmesan

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Portabello Pasta with White Wine Sauce

  1. soak shrimp in 1 quart water, 2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar for 30 minutes

  2. Cook pasta

  3. saute onions garlic and mushrooms in pan, deglaze with wine, add tomatoes, add sauce, cook until tomatoes are tender.

  4. Add pasta and shrimp and toss well.
