Recipe Ingredients for shrimp & Pork with Thai Coconut sauce

3/4 lb shrimp
1 lb pork tenderloin
3/4 tablespoons corn starch
15 grams Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 serving Baron hot sauce
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 serving white balsamic
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
5 g Hot Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1/3 tablespoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions for shrimp & Pork with Thai Coconut sauce

  1. Slice slightly frozen pork tenderloin very thin.

  2. Blend corn starch, soy, black pepper and hot sauce and white balsamic. Mix in Pork and chill for 2 hours.

  3. Shrimp should be cleaned and deveined, add 2 dashes Angostura bitters.

  4. To make tomato sauce: Blend 1 medium tomato in blender, strain seeds. On stove, add 1/4 teaspoon basil, a pinch each of marjoram and oregano. Cook till simmer. Cool. Use 1/4 cup.

  5. Cook pork and shrimp in 3 batches.

  6. In very hot wok: add 1/2 tablespoon oil and 1/4 tsp sesame oil. Briskly stir pork for approx 1 min, then add about 1/4 cup Thai Coconut sauce and stir about pork has very little pink showing.

  7. Repeat till done.
