Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Pepper Stir Fry

1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup orange bell pepper
1/4 cup red onion
3 tbs frozen peas
3 tbs frozen corn
1 tbs olive oil
7 shrimp
2 tsp parmesan grated
1 tbs white wine
1 pinch of Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Pepper Stir Fry

  1. Chop all fresh veggies into small cubes

  2. Rinse shrimp in bowl, drain and add wine to marinade

  3. Heat olive oil in pan and reduce to low heat

  4. Add all veggies, fresh and frozen

  5. Stir occasionally until veggies are half cooked

  6. Add shrimp and cook until done
