Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & Pea risotto

1 1/2 cups rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
3 cups water
1/2 onion
3 stalks celery
15 shrimp
1 pinch italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup frozen peas
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & Pea risotto

  1. Sautee onion and celery, add garlic when almost ready.

  2. Add rice and italian seasoning and start pouring hot broth by cupfuls.

  3. Continue until rice is ready.

  4. Add raw shrimp, cook.

  5. Last minute add peas.

  6. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
