filling and tangy - great pasta salad for picnics or church "pot-providence" events.

Recipe Ingredients for shrimp pasta salad

1 lb Noodles Elbow Macaroni
1 cup mayo
4 oz sour cream
1/4 lb baby carrots
3 oz frozen shrimp
1 tomato
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp dill weed

Recipe Directions for shrimp pasta salad

  1. boil macaroni according to package directions.

  2. in food processor, chop carrots.

  3. cut tomatoes in bite size peices

  4. empty carrots into serving bowl

  5. mix mayo, sour cream and seasonings in food processor.

  6. drain noodles and add to serving bowl, add mayo mix, and tomatoes, stir till coated well, add tomatoes and balsamic vinagrette dressing, stir to blend.
