Yummy and cool pasta salad with shrimp and asparagus...perfect for hot summer days.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Pasta Salad

8 oz pasta, quinoa
15 oz cooked shrimp
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing, raspberry
1/3 cup carrots
10 oz asparagus, cooked
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup dill pickle, diced
3 eggs, hard boiled

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Either place in the refrigerator or into a ice water bath to chill the noodles quickly.

  2. Drain pasta and mix with all other ingredients, place in fridge and enjoy when fully chilled.
