Recipe Ingredients for shrimp and pasta

5 oz uncooked vermicelli
6 oz baby spinach
1/3 cup Sun Dried Julienne Cut Tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 lb shrimp
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
30 g dry white wine
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for shrimp and pasta

  1. cook pasta according to package. combine spinach, sun dried tomatoes in colindar. once pasta is cooked, pour over spinach and tomatoes and stir with tongs until spinach has wilted.

  2. heat non stick pan to med high heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter. add shrimp and garlic to the pan. cook until shrimp are pink. sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. stir in wine. cook 1 minute. remove pan from heat. add spinach mixture, remaining butter, and lemon juice to the pan. toss to coat. spinkle with cheese.
