Pasta with Shrimp, Tomato, & Basil

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Pasta

6 oz dry Whole Wheat Fettuccine
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2.5 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
16 oz Cooked Peeled Large Pacific White Shrimp
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Pasta

Cook the pasta. Put 2 cups diced tomatoes in bowl; add 1T olive oil. Stir and let stand while pasta cooks. In skillet, heat 1/2 tsp olive oil. Add shrimp and cook till pink. Add two coves garlic for 30 seconds. Remove, stir in tomatoes, drain pasta, mix together, add 1T olive oil.
