Shrimp Pasta, you can substitute the veggies for whatever you have in the house that sounds good. A little sprinkle of parm on top is nice.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Pasta

2 pounds shrimp
2 tablespoon grapeseed oil
8 oz diced tomatoes
2 oz mushrooms
2 cups green beans
1 large sweet onion
1 pound whole wheat penne pasta

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Pasta

  1. Heat the oil in the pan over medium high heat

  2. Saute the mushrooms, onion and greenbeans till desired tenderness

  3. Add the cooked pasta, can of tomatoes undrained, and shrimp.

  4. Stir till the shrimp are cooked

  5. Salt and Pepper to taste
