Yummy - substitute light versions of milk, sour cream, and parmesan cheese for an even healthier meal!

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Pasta

1 pound shrimp
3/4 cup chopped carrots
2 plum tomatoes
1/4 cup green onion
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
6 oz. angel hair pasta
1 t. olive oil
1 t. garlic powder
3/4 cup sour cream, reduced fat
1/2 cup evaporated milk, fat free
1/4 cup fresh basil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Pasta

  1. Boil noodles.

  2. Chop veggies

  3. Heat carrots and shrimp in oil. Remove from heat and keep warm

  4. Gently heat sour cream and milk on low heat. Add cheese.

  5. Add remaining ingredients. Toss in pasta.
