Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Pasta w/garlic and oil

1 lb shrimp, large, frozen
8 oz spaghetti
1/2 cup diced red pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
4 oz mushrooms, canned
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Pasta w/garlic and oil

  1. Prepare spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)according to package directions.

  2. Saute garlic, onion, and peppers in half of olive oil.

  3. Remove tails from shrimp and add to sauted vegetables. Simmer on low to allow flavors to combine.

  4. Drain pasta. Add pasta and drained mushooms to sauted vegetables.

  5. Continue to simmer on low for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Toss well and serve.
