Shrimp parmesan with mozzarella and marinara sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Parmesan Sandwich

1 lb raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp oil
2 cups marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
100 g french bread

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Parmesan Sandwich

  1. Roll prepared shrimp in the bread crumbs and pan fry about 4 minutes on all sides till lightly browned. (Use a half and half mixture of peanut oil and olive oil for frying)

  2. Open french bread, add shrip then cover with marinara sauce and mozzerella cheese.

  3. Place on a non-stick baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until bread is golden brown.

  4. Add parmesan on top and garnish with parsley.
