3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1.65 cup, sliced Fennel, Bulb
3 clove Garlic
3 clove Garlic
0.3 oz Bay Leaves
2.5 cup Vegetable Stock
1 serving White Wine Vinegar
16 oz Large Shrimp, raw
1 can (303 x 406) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
6 pcs Artichoke Hearts Marinated
15 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Paella

  1. bring barley to boil - let sit for an hour

  2. heat oil and cook onion til softened, then add peppers and fennel. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add other spices and mix in barley.
