3 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs shrimp
8 oz pasta
1 cup sun dried tomatoes
8 oz roasted red pepper
1 cup spinach
5 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Shrimp over pasta

  1. Heat oil

  2. Add chopped garlic

  3. Add shrimp

  4. Cook a few minutes

  5. Add in chopped sun dried tomatoes and peppers

  6. Cook until done

  7. Toss with pasta
