Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Orzo

1 cup dry Orzo
16 oz Shrimp Cooked
4 clove Garlic
2 1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/2 cup dry white wine
8 tbsp shredded parmesan

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Orzo

  1. cok orzo for 8-10 min

  2. fry up shrimp in olive oil, remove shrimp

  3. use olive oil to release fragrance from garlic and red pepper flakes, 30 secs

  4. 3/4 cup dry white wine, simmer until about half of mixture is left 3-5 min

  5. toss in tomatoes and most of basil until tomatoes begin to lose shape

  6. add shrimp and toss with salt and pepper to taste and shrimp, until mixture is hot

  7. serve over a bed of orzo
