Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Olive Oil Pasta (side)

3 ounces angel hair pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
6 ounces shrimp

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Olive Oil Pasta (side)

  1. Cook pasta until almost done. Drain, reserving some of the liquid.

  2. Heat oil over medium in a skillet. Add garlic, pepper, and oregano and cook just a moment. Add shrimp and pasta, cook until shrimp is done through. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
