2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Shrimp n 'Shrooms

sauté onion, shrooms, peppers. add spinach and rice, salt n pepper, 1/2 cup water. simmer 20 minutes, lid on. add defrosted shrimp and tomatoes, heat through.
