Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp - Shrimp n Linguine (0.99Kcal/g)

4 oz bell pepper
4 oz onion
1 clove garlic
3 1/2 oz Whole Grain Linguine
8 oz Shrimp
2 tblsp olive oil
14 1/2 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp Red Chili Pepper

Recipe Directions for Shrimp - Shrimp n Linguine (0.99Kcal/g)

  1. Prep:

  2. Peal and devain the shrimp. Dice the onion and bell pepper (I used prepared / frozen peppers and onions). Crush the garlic. Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil.

  3. Procedure:

  4. Add the spice, garlic and 1 tbsp of olive oil to the shrimp, set aside.

  5. Add the past to the boiling water, cook for about 11 minutes or by the directions on the package.

  6. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers, cover and sweat for about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp, cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and combine.
