Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Mozambique - Shell Recipe

20 oz shrimp (lg.)
8 oz beer
1 sticks butter
1 T paprika
2 T garlic
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T lemon juice
1/8 c fresh parsley
1/4 T Tabasco sauce, 2 small packages of con azafran seasoning
8 oz whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon crushed Red pepper, flakes (optional or to taste)
2 T corn starch

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Mozambique - Shell Recipe

  1. In large skillet melt 1 stick of butter and add the beer. Place the shrimp in skillet. Add all other ingredients in at this time and cook on medium heat for about 15 min. Let the shrimp sit in sauce for about 1 hour to absorb the juice. Serve over rice.
