Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Mango Stir Fry

1 pound shrimp
1 mango
1 oz. pea pods
1 oz ginger
2 T Chili Paste
3 T oil
3 green onions
1 t salt
4 cups rice noodles

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Mango Stir Fry

In a hot pan, add oil with green onion slices and finely minced garlic. Sautee unti laroma ensues, then add sriracha sauce (chili paste-use at half strength or skip and use tomato paste if you cannot tolerate spicy heat). Incorporate well and then add shrimp, tossing until they are nearly all pink. Turn off pan, add pea pods and mango, stirring to distribute and plate. Cholesterol and sodium are high (shrimp!), so use this recipe in moderation.
