Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp LT Alfredo Pasta

6 1/2 oz whole wheat rigatoni uncooked
8 tbsp light herb & garlic cream cheese spread , 125g (1/2 the tub)
1 cup milk 1%
1/4 cup parmesan grated cheese
1 cup cooked peeled frozen shrimp
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup grape tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Shrimp LT Alfredo Pasta

  1. cook pasta according to directions

  2. heat milk, cream cheese & parmesan in saucepan (3-5 min)

  3. add defrosted shrimp once sauce is melted together

  4. add spinach & tomatoes heat for 5 minutes

  5. add pasta

  6. serve
