Fresh and flavorful pasta with shrimp.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Linguini

4 tomatoes, chopped
1 red pepper, diced
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. pasta
3 cups spinach
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/5 cups fresh basil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Linguini

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet.

  2. Add shrimp to the hot oil and cook until pink.

  3. Remove shrimp from skillet.

  4. Chop garlic and add it to hot skillet.

  5. Add white wine to skillet and cook on low heat until reduced by about half.

  6. Add tomatoes, red pepper, basil, and oregano to skillet and cook until red peppers are tender.

  7. Add spinach and cook until spinach is shriveled.

  8. Add shrimp back into the skillet and allow to warm.

  9. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions.

  10. Toss the pasta and shrimp/vegetable mixture together and top with feta cheese.
