Lower fat version of a tasty dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Linguine

12 oz uncooked linguine
1 1/2 lbs shrimp
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 cup half and half
1/2 tsp dried thyme

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Linguine

  1. Cook pasta al dente.

  2. Add shrimp for last 3 minutes of time then drain.

  3. Saute mushrooms and pepper in butter, then add garlic.

  4. Stir in cream and heat to boiling, then reduce heat.

  5. Pour over pasta/shrimp.
