Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

12 large prawns, peeled and chopped
1 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp rice wine, divided
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger root
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp potato starch
2 tsp cold water
1 head lettuce, washed

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Ad garlic, ginger, and green onions. Fry until aromatic. Add shrimp and 2 tsp of rice wine and cook until just whitened, remove and set aside. Add celery and water chestnuts. Stir-fry briefly, then add fish sauce, chili, last tsp of rice wine, and soy sauce. When heated, add potato starch mixed into water. Heat until thickened, then add shrimp back to pan until just warmed through. Serve with separated leaves of lettuce for wrapping.
