Stri-fry Base - add sauce of choice

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and ham stirfry

4 oz shrimp
1/2 cup red pepper, sliced
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1/4 cup celery, sliced
2 tsp canola oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 cup ham, chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and ham stirfry

  1. Heat oil with ginger, pepper and garlic in wok or similar pan

  2. add broccoli, stir fry 1 minute, then add onion and celery. Stir fry an additional minute, add pepper and cook another minute.

  3. Add shrimp and fry until just turning pink.

  4. Add ham, hot sauce, stir fry another minute

  5. Add sauce of choice and heat til warm.
