3 ounces shrimp, raw
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, chopped

  1. Melt butter in skillet

  2. Add raw shrimp (peel shell and devein first) and chopped garlic

  3. Sautee to desired preparedness on medium/high heat (shrimp do not take long to cook)
